WHAT DOES RIGHT START INCLUDE? – As a doctor or student looking to the future of your own chiropractic practice, what challenges and opportunities will need to be addressed? A Right Start member is taught the right way to successfully identify a good market, choose a location, choose the right space, get a loan, negotiate a lease, layout the ideal office floor plan, design the most effective signage, obtain equipment (purchase vs lease), advertise and screen staff candidates, hire and train staff, promote and market him/herself and the new practice before opening, advertise, prepare for your new patients, keep the majority of your new patients, and ultimately obtain referrals from those patients, and in the end make dramatic impacts in his or her community.

· Coaching – A personal coach will be chosen to walk you through all necessary steps, in a one-on-one fashion, through regular phone consultations.
· Access to all AMC Training Centers – A training center is an office where you can go spend a day shadowing a successful AMC doctor to see patient protocols “in action”.
· Bootcamp admission – Where the practice protocols are taught in large and small group settings to learn the fundamentals in classroom format, and then to “polish the apple” in practical workshops.

What’s the significance of the torch logo?
Like the passing of the flame of the Olympic torch, so is the passing on of wisdom, experience, and knowledge from those who have gone before them, having successfully opened and operated successful chiropractic practices. Two, the way to dispel darkness is with light, so the light of the flame represents the illumination of dangerous obstacles and uncertainty, and a clearing of confusion in the journey to start a practice the right way.
